WELCOME to the Child Development Academy at Marshall University

The Child Development Academy at Marshall University integrates the Project Approach into daily plans and activities with the children.

The Project Approach is an in-depth investigation of a real world topic that is of interest to a child or group of children. The study may be carried out by a class or by small groups of children. Projects can be undertaken with children of any age. The planning, investigation and conclusions will be appropriate to the child's age.
